Hi Dennis, The specs on the Xantrex 1000W inverter mention that it pulls 0.3A when switched on with no load, but I would expect that to only apply when the unit is switched on. I installed mine yesterday, and will be field-testing it with the trip to EveryBus in three weeks. Tomorrow I will put an ammeter inline with the unit and see if there's any draw when it's off. http://www.xantrex.com/web/id/23/p/69/pt/8/product.asp Happy trails, Greg Potts Toronto, Ontario, Canada 1973/74/79 Westfakia Conversion **Bob the Tomato** LY3H 1977 Sunroof Automatic L63H/L90D http://www.pottsfamily.ca/westfakia http://www.busesofthecorn.com On 24-Mar-06, at 8:59 PM, Dennis Haynes wrote: > How do you know it is drawing any current?
