Thanks for all the helpful input on my cold-weather water pump leak. I
inspected the weep hole, as suggested, to discover it wasn't weeping. A
careful inspection with a flashlight showed a trace of coolant out of
the upper small hose to the oil cooler, and tightening the clamp seems
to have done the job.
