Joy, Thanks for thinking about Buddy. He seems to adjust to the heat
fairly well but I am concerned about it getting too hot too fast. I have a
fan in my Vanagon and I always point that at his favorite spot if I have
to leave him in the van for a time. I also open the top vent and the side
screens. But I try to avoid that situation as much as I can.

If it does get too hot for him I will head elsewhere. I won't put him at
risk. I have the advantage of not being in a hurry so I can take the time
to make whatever adjustments are needed in the van's environment.
