anyone else get shocked from static electricity everytime you get out of your
drivers seat?  i just installed the 89 wolfy front seats in my van (all
velour, even the sides and backs, no vinyl) and now i get a nasty static
electric
shock when i put my left hand on the dogleg as i exit the van..  is there a
way
to prevent this?

You could Install a grounding wire to your seat.... (grin)
Or...before exiting, transfer the 20,000 volts to some unsuspecting passerby
!!!
Perhaps there some way this could be used in an auto theft deterrent devise?
