switch..  they are power and heated.

easily add to any van.. can wire it up to they function electrically w/
harness, or simply just bolt on as is and adjust glass by hand.  they look better
than manual mirrors and do not flop back at speed..

i add these to all my vans.. i dont usually wire them up (im the only driver,
i dont need to adjust them often)  but they are easy to install..
