Which direction are the plates supposed to go back on?  (I forget which
way I took them off...)  I would have thought the top and bottom both
cupped towards the bushings, but the Bentley diagram makes it looks like
they both cup upwards (so the upper one is away from the bushing).
This doesn't make sense to me....
