The guy at GoWestys could be off base about the info below?

( or a 38 )
As Bob Stevens had informed us on the List?
But then, He’s got a set so he may indeed have the correct info?
 
Anyway, I was asking you, about the 20mm, 
And how it would look and fit on a 2wd.
If GoWesty's are 23mm, Then the 20mm shouldn't be too much different?
