Only if you also use the muffler from an air-cooled Vanagon.  The dimensions
of the muffler and cat are basically the same, but watercooled cat bolts to
the muffler whereas the aircooled one clamps to it.  However, since both
cat's are the same price anyway (we sell them for $99), there's no advantage
to switching this over unless you have an aircooled muffler and cat already
on hand gathering dust.
