Hello,

  went to the dealer today and bought 2 light bulbs for behind the heater  control panel. Came home to replace the bulb and I am having a hard  time getting the bulb out of the black holder.

  Does it twist, pull straight out? Managed to get an extra one apart but  not very cleanly. Put a new bulb in the holder and plugged it in and no  go. Light bulb works for sure as I tested it with leads.

  There is obvioulsy a direction in which they go into the holder as well  but I tried and it would not go on. Thought maybe it was the holder so  I went to the one I want to replace the the bulb really does not want  to come out. It's hanging on by the wires it seems.

  let the "how many ......... does it take to change a bulb" begin, after I get some help.
