Despite the sticker, the "Danish" ones come to Denmark by way of Italy. Like I said, one factory, lots of relabeling. I have even received a few where the original Italian manufacturer's sticker had not been completely removed and was stil partially visible under the Danish sticker. :-) You obviously like them much more than Robert does, though, so I guess quality is in the eye of the beholder. Yes, the painted ones are indeed quite a bit cheaper than the chrome ones, although they don't accept the impact strips. They can also be used to replace the chrome bumpers (if you like that look and/or are on a budget). We do sell the original style plastic trim caps to hide the bumper bolts on these, since they will be exposed without impact strips to hide them. (Or you can drill the holes yourself and use the impact strips from a chrome bumper, although drilling a bumper is a bit of a pain.) - Ron Salmon The Bus Depot, Inc. www.busdepot.com (215) 234-VWVW _____________________________________________ Toll-Free for Orders by PART # : 1-866-BUS-DEPOT
