Recently I had 2 replacement mirrors made for power mirrors. My existing ones had this weird discoloring going on where the edges of the mirror were so I went to custom glass shop, provided them with a tracing of my mirror and they cut it to size. When I got them back in 1 hr they looked great, they were not wide angled (none of the "objects may be closer than they appear mirror glass"), they provided me with several adhesive circles to apply the mirror over the existing mirror and it worked great. It was far clearer to the eye and works well. Little bit tricky getting aligned though. Total cost $40.00 -- Rob NYC/Long Beach, NY 88 Wolfsburg, Silver on 5/2/06 2:44 PM, River Clan at ri@RIVERCLAN.ORG wrote: > Is the $78 option for mirror glass from bus depot the only way to go? > Can one just go to a glass company and have one cut to fit? > > Thanks! > > Ri
