Any propane or some RV shops can do it. Why do you want to check it? Rusty? Smell of propane? Mine was very rusty, but tested out fine. Propane smell was traced to a sticky autostop fill valve. Another common source of gas smell is the regulator - I just got a new one for $30 at GoWesty. If the smell goes away with the valve closed, suspect the regulator or other lines, and soap test. If not, suspect the fill valve.
