Some people have gotten very flexible screen material and little round
magnets like you can pick up at Radio Shack and other places and fixed
the screens in place on the outside of the car and then opened the window.

I've spent a few nights that way in my Syncro with no mosquitoes in the
van.  I rolled up the screen and put it under the rear seat.  Put the
magnets into a few small stacks on the seat belt bracket at the rear of
the front door opening on each side.
