While helping friends with Digifant issues, I have been spending more
time looking at the Bentley wiring diagrams for the newer models than I
used to since my newest was an 87 until recently. Today I found a major
error in the Bentley wiring diagram in the area of the engine
compartment relay box, for years 88-89. The diagram shows the output of
the Digifant Control Relay pin 87 as also powering the fuel injectors
and Idle Control Unit as well as the ECU. As far as I can tell, this is
incorrect for those years. Correct for 86-87, but changed in 88-89 as
well as 90+ to where the fuel pump relay also powers the injectors and ICU.
