Chris, The recomended brake fluid for these beasts is marked "DOT 4". I think it has a higher boiling point than the more common "DOT 3". I have been using Valvoline SynPower DOT 4 brake fluid with no problems. See www.valvoline.com for more information. George '85 Wstfalia
