I've just about had it with tapping the gas pedal to drop the idle to 900rpm.
When I unplug the ISV, it drops right down. I've tried flushing it several
times using carb cleaner, with no improvement. If anybody has a spare ISV that
they're willing to part with at a reasonable price, please p-mail me. Thanks!
