thats a 82-84 GL non-weekender rear seat.
 yes it will fit in your 91 syncro..   but why?  nobody wants those things..
they dont fold down into a bed.  ive thrown them out before..  want one?  ill
give u one for free.. not shipping it though.  this would be condisered a
"downgrade"  as your 91 syncro has the grey tweed sofabed currently..
