I checked the archives for a long time and found nothing about this.  All of them talk about the propane start and its maladies.  
Can't find any reference about the electrical operation.  I have power and wonder if there is anything else that would not let it work.  Maybe a fuse.  
The 12 Volt is there too.  
The book is not telling anything either.
Any knowledge?
