Sorry guys, what was that insulation that was most recommended?  I am not sure if it was from the Home Depot though.  
I took out the ones behind the fridge and behind the rear window washer bottle.  They were both wet.  I don't want to put them back, but rather something that won't stay wet and I could perhaps glue it on the panel.
