I was driving from Seattle back to S. Cal when I spotted my first Vanagon with a List Sticker on it (other than my own '90 Carat). Dark Blue Vanagon with Oregon plates/bra and 2 bikes on the back. It was parked at a trail head in the Humboldt Redwood National Park in California on about May 29. (not sure about the exact date). Who is guilty?
