I had the same problem. I replaced the windshield seal and that fixed
the leak.

Its been raining for a few days here and when I got into my new Westy
to prep it for the weekend both drivers side and passenger side
rubber floor mats had water on them!  the passenger side was much
worse, lots of water.  obviously I have a leak somewhere...is this a
known issue? If so, where do I apply the silicon?
