Volts [get it, huh huh?]

Got the relay kit from van caf�.

Instructions are ... Uh... Limited?

Main Point

The left low beam is yellowier than the right, same voltage at the relay.

When switched to high beam left side sees 6 volts, outer, large light is
dim, inner small light is not on at all.

Swapped in a new relay, same game.

Checked all crimps and redid several, same game.

Questions:

Is the left low beam supposed to be dimmer than the right [different numbers
on right and left]?

What might the problem be on high beam?
