 These vw buses that go around on a vinyl record have been around for a long
time. Sometimes they are raffle prizes/auctioned at Bus shows.  They are
prized possessions.  These appear to be either dolled up original buses or a
new version of the original ones.(original ones were worth $50-100 if I
remember correctly)
