rough weekend for 87 syncro westies.  I got rousted and ticketed by a
pompous jackass for sleeping at a marina here in NJ.  Served the public  much better
to have a bleary-eyed driver on the road at 2am, rather than leave  me in a
public marina not bothering anybody.  Can't even argue I'd urinate  publicly,
the portajohn was 30' away.  Little men on power trips.
