I'm helping a friend in Kelowna BC install a Subaru engine.  His 2.1
(from California) is in excellent shape.  If you like, you can even
drive the van/do a compression test etc before I pull the engine for
you.

If you cannot afford a complete waterboxer rebuild, buying a strong
used engine (complete with good exhaust etc) may be a solution for
you.

Price could be discounted a bit if you give us your old engine to use
