There must be a lot more guys living near I-90.  It's about 3000 miles long with some of the biggest cities on it.  
But I got a web site that is helpful, and it has a lot of info on many Vanagon guys.  I just hope, when I call one he is still there.  The site is not new and some of the people has moved I'm sure.  
Well, I will do the trip tomorrow.  It's a real long drive with a van I don't know personally.
It is thrill seeking on my part, the adventure I miss every now and then.
