83.5 westy, 1.9 wbx freshly tuned by a local shop with a good rep.
All new ignition components..

The engine idles fine, even when very hot outside (+32 C here today).
when you try to accelerate from a stop the engine bogs down and has a
hard time gaining any revs. Once it speeds up and clears itself it
has lots of power.  Going through the gears it bogs down at each gear
change.  Almost like it's flooded. No clouds of black smoke that I
can see.

Any suggestions?
