 Hi Bob,

I have 2 of them, & you are welcome to 1.  It's a little square sorta allen
head key that fits in the top of the antenna to lift it up?

Stop by my office downtown (232 S. Dubei Ct. 330 E) & I'll have it sitting
out for you.
