Matt, being that you're actually monitoring your O2 sensor readings, I find
this little O2 sensor gauge very helpful
(http://my.tbaytel.net/guskers/gauges.html).  You can monitor closed/open
loop operation, warm up times, full throttle readings, fuel cutoff
operation etc.  The EMA-1710 is about $20.
