I think this is the ignition switch? At least the syndrome sounds familiar.

Hey Mike,

For some reason the headlights have stopped working. When I put on the high
beams, they work and all of the other indicator lights seem to work. All of
the fuses under the instrument panel seem to be intact. Any idea what could
be wrong or how to fix it?
