I have the original hose clamp for hose that goes from overflow tank to
expansion tank  cap.  How do you get this clamp off?  I can't figure it
out...

This type clamp is used on the approx 6 inch hose also in engine too
(clueless what it's connecting)and wanted to replace that piece of hose but
can't figure out the darn clamp???
