Yeah, sounds like a lifter that has leaked down. I am sure you have been told here to just let the van run for about 15 minutes. Dont know if you have it in your area,but there is a product called "valve Medic" by GUNK. Pour it in and it will free up a stuck lifter if varnish is the issue.Might be hazardist material, and not allowed into Netherlands.
