Arkla Servel used to make Ammonia fired Gas adsorption chillers in BIG
sizes - we had a bunch, but they were a maintenance problem.  Ammonia
leaked out and was stinky and hazardous.  We canned them all and went to
heat pumps - all this in the apartment business with common cooling.
