Three times in the last 24 hours I have gotten replies on list topics
that should have gone to the thread's originator.

That is, I make a comment to someone seeking advice then another lister
uses the reply function to offer his advice -- but that message comes to
me... not the list and not the person with the problem.

When 'replying to a reply' you may want to use of the 'reply all' or
reply to just the list unless you are replying to the original post.

I really don't mind getting advice I didn't ask for (I've been married
30 years) but it also isn't getting to the person who might use it.
