I don't know what the trick is. At the bottom of each message there are four
'buttons' marked thusly:

 Reply         Reply to All          Forward            Invite Jeff to Chat

I don't remember setting any preferences, but its a been a while too. I
think its always been this way  Jeff.        :-)
