Is there a way to tell from the plate on a Canadian factory rebuilt
engine when the work was done? Website maybe?

 

When I bought a parts V'gon for $400 a few years back I didn't realize I
was getting a rebuilt engine along with everything else. It has been
running beautifully for about five years now. Just curious to know how
recent the rebuild was when I bought it.
