Well, I have the isolator (1202R), and put it behind the
passenger-side rear taillight.  I am not sure about the 1315, but I
wanted it to be near the alternator, and then ran very heavy wire
(inside vinyl tubing) under the van to get it to the 2nd batter which
is under the front seat.

Hope that is somewhat relevant.
