I appreciate the offer, right now a fellow a hundred miles from me, that did
a Subaru conversion...has exactly what I need.  His price is pretty steep,
but by the time I pay freight, it will be up there as well. It is complete,
electronics, everything.. .if I can raise the money, I cannot wait to start
driving the van around, since I think it was redneck engineered...!!

I am sorry your engine is not running faster,  possible fuel line
restriction, poor output from your fuel pump..? But then who am I to try and
diagnose anybody else's problems..lol...just normal things to check I guess.
