That would be willing to let me swap in an ECU into their 2.1 Vanagon to verify the ECU is working? If I know the ECU is working, I can look elsewhere. Without knowing this for sure, it is becoming increasingly difficult to find the source of my problem with this no start issue on an 88 Vanagon.
