Cris, well we took out the ashtray on the passenger side panel at the rear... and ... now we can't see how to get it back in the sidepanel without removing the panel enough at the top or side to slip our hand in to hold the metal bracket behind the panel while pressing the frame of the ashtray in.  Have you ever taken a side panel off?  We can't figure out if its glued, or if they use fastners to hold it to the side of the van.  Madeline
