I did a quick walk around of an '85 passenger vanagon today. It had
a very straight gold exterior, and was very clean inside. Automatic
transmission, and new tires. What was interesting was a custom-made
intake manifold with a Holley carb., and a Ford Escort(?) ignition distributor
attached to the front of the driver-side cylinder head. I didn't test
drive or start it, but was told that it ran very well. Asking price
is $4,500. Located near Austin TX. Call Kelly at 512-762-4738.
