We DO have paint shops here in Phoenix.  Gotta ask Jeff Schwaia how much it
would cost to federalize a Tri-Star.  Betcha it's 5 - 10 Gs.  And I'll also
bet that there is no way to federalize the Peugeot diesel engine!
