Sam, Sorry, I was just thinking of the war a big bus is designed, and the
long run of hoses and pipe.  Guess, I've just been around too many
trucks..lol..?   I'm in Quinlan, Texas.  I will probably have to spring for
a new radiator but it may be awhile...still the quest is there though.. if
the metal of the radiator is good, and the cores are clean, why discard
it..?  I understand the plastic ends get brittle and break... that sure
enough is a limiting factor.. one that would be hard to over come..?

   I have read some about the ballasts behind the grill...could be part of
the problem..?
