your prolly talking about citylights..
most e-code headlights have them.  its just a little parking light bulb in
the headlight.. i have them in my Doublecab..
when you turn the parking lights on, your headlights glow with a soft glow..
i put blue bulbs in mine..  looks very pimpy..  LOL
