I think they call that thing, the relay box. I think  that you need to
remove the steering rack,first,or at least disconnect the shaft from the
the rack.then a 13mm wrench will finish it off. Go after the nuts that you
can reach,and then turn the steering wheel and get the others.I think ,at
that point the rest will be easy to figure out. Neverr never heard of one
going bad.
