Subject:Fwd: Pre-state insepction repair - somewhat URGENT

Yep, I guessed ground because of my other ground-related issues.

I can certainly let it fail - I prefer to do it clean though. I was thinking
of tryng to convince the inspector that it was a safety feature of the
Vanagon. Seems a stretch...

Sam, I'm but a couple of clicks from you. Don't recommend D&J - we have had
that discussion. I think I found a guy next door to my office that I think I
have prepped appropriately to give my 16 year old RV a sympathetic
inspection. He is Ridgeback Automotive on Sisson St.

I was disappointed that Desmond doesn't do state inspections as I thought if
anyone could appreciate the esoteric charm of a 16 year old Vanagon, he
would.

The car passed inspection in NC in February so I was hoping for few issues
to fail it on.

Thanks for the words,

mordo

I'm from MD, and it will fail (if they notice it).
Thats OK, though, you'll have October to get it sorted
out.
