RE: TV Antenna
I've been using an amplified TV antenna from Radio Shack for about a year
now.  The amplifier does work and boosts a weak signal to a usable point.
But it is awkward and a pain to set up and requires a 12v connection for the
amplifier, no internal batteries.  Several list members have reported good
luck with the Boomerang antennas, especially the amplified version.
