We can't do much in the way of suggestions until we know what sort of
problem Larry has.

Does the starter not turn over?  Or, does it turn over but the engine
just does fire up and start running?  These are two very different problems?

What has he done, if anything, to try to fix it that didn't work?  Might
not be any point in repeating those things unless they are impacted by
something he hasn't dealt with yet.

I have sent him essentially the same message and offered to send him a
large group of files that I have saved from the archives.  I wondered if
he had the ability to download these but I am sure you will.  So, can I
send them to you?  I'll do so tonight if this is OK.
