Similar type of port, different intentions. Waterboxer engines don't have
EGR valves.

For the 1.9 and 2.1, this is a test port for the Exhaust Gas Analyzer, often
at dealerships.  If it's missing the cap you could probably modify an end
cap from regular pipe to work.
