This is what you need. The four golf cart batteries provide 550 A/H of
capacity to support a 2,500 watt inverter. It is fun to turn on the
microwave and watch the ammeter go to 175 amps. The inverter also has a 100
amp charger. The two batteries on the bottom are there to start the Cat.

That 3,000 watt inverter needs over 250 amps to do the job. Cable size
should 2/00 or double 0. Think forklift battery cable. Of course you printer
does not need that much power so why buy that big an inverter?

I think your present inverter is enough to do the job. All you need more
battery and better wiring.

So, with all the input on printing a little laser off deep cycle...

3000 watt Wagan inverter... under the rear seat, passenger side
two 110 amp hour batteries under the rear seat, middle position
[propex heater will be under the rear seat, on driver side]
solenoid or high capacity relay instead of the hella relay, between main and
rear batteries
10 guage wire, maybe 8 guage, to the two rear batteries (want a fast charge,
but not too fast)
6 guage wire to the inverter
relay between alternator and main sttarting battery
car style female plug, w 4 inputs, between front seats, conected to rear
batteries
120 watt solar panel, would prefere flex material, but not sure on
availability...
maybe an inkjet printer for nonmagnetic printing
grow lights and a hydrophonic system
